POOL INFORMATION:
- The pool is heated to 86 degrees free of charge.
- Cold temperatures may impact the pool heater's ability to maintain the desired temperature. The pool heater is an electric heat pump and will not run (due to freeze protection mode) when temperatures are under 50°. No refunds will be offered due to weather conditions or other factors outside of our control.
- While we have a professional service that regularly cleans and maintains the pool, we do not offer 24/7 pool maintenance you may find at a resort or hotel. It may be necessary to use the provided net and remove debris or other things that may fall into the pool before use just as a homeowner would.
- Please note that there is not a safety fence or alarms separating the pool from the home, so additional supervision of young children will be required.

Pets: The pet fee for this home is $125 per dog. Dogs must be disclosed at time of booking and up-to-date with all shots and vaccines. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to clean up all pet waste promptly and clean up pet hair and messes inside the home. Pets are not allowed on the bedding, furniture, or in the pool. Undisclosed pets will result in an automatic additional $300 cleaning fee. Additional pet damage or cleaning costs due to not following the above rules will be billed to the guest.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
