Primary Suite: King bed, private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Guests are welcomed to the home with a few samples of our favorite coffee, tea, and hotel-sized toiletries to start your stay. Laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and toilet paper are included. Extra supplies may need to be purchased by guest depending on amount of use/length of stay.

THINGS TO NOTE:
🐾 No Pets: In order to keep our property clean and respect our neighbors, we do not allow dogs or pets at this property. Undisclosed pets will result in a $300 pet/extra cleaning fee. Service animals that are trained to do a task for a person with a disability are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines and must be kept under the owner's control at all times and never left alone at the property.

😎 This home is located between the boat launch and a former resort with close proximity to other cabins. We enjoy the "resort feel," and everyone is friendly and enjoying lake life, but keep this in mind if privacy is important.

Northwoods Cabin Information: The water for this home comes from a well. The water is tested annually for safety, the well is over 100 feet deep, and we have a water softener. Due to iron content in the water, it may have a yellow tint in the color that may transfer to sinks, toilets, and washing machine, and the taste may not be appealing to everyone. This does not reflect the safety or cleanliness of the home or the water. There is filtered water available from the refrigerator.
We contract with a snow removal company to remove snow. As we cannot control their schedule or availability, there may be times when guests need to use the provided shovels to clear snow, just as they would their own homes.

Parties and excessive noise will not be tolerated. A signed Rental Agreement, photo ID, and credit card for $500 security deposit hold are required within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. If not received, Host reserves the right to cancel the booking. No access to the home will be provided until this information is provided. Please read the full house rules, which contains the text of the Rental Agreement, before booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
