Palma Rosa and Palma Janoli are two adjacent 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation homes in the Palma Sola area of northwest Bradenton, Florida, rented together as one reservation for groups of up to 17 guests. The homes sit directly next door to each other, giving families and groups the convenience of staying together while still having two separate kitchens, living rooms, outdoor spaces, and sleeping areas.

Together, the homes offer 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 private heated pools, a spillover spa, 2 screened lanais, 2 garage game rooms, beach gear, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Free Level 2 EV charging is available at Palma Rosa. The location provides quick access to Anna Maria Island beaches, IMG Academy, Robinson Preserve, De Soto National Memorial, restaurants, shopping, and Gulf Coast attractions.

Two Homes Right Next Door

Guests reserve both Palma Rosa and Palma Janoli for the same stay. The homes are on adjacent lots and can be easily accessed from one another using the front or back entrances.

This setup works especially well for extended families, multi-family vacations, sports groups, wedding guests, and other larger groups who want to stay close together without squeezing everyone into a single house.

Both homes have private heated pools and screened outdoor living areas.

Palma Janoli features a 32' x 15' heated saltwater pool, 7' x 7' spillover spa, sun shelf/tanning ledge, covered outdoor dining area, and multiple seating areas overlooking the water. The pool and spa were completed in 2023 and continue to be one of the home's standout features.

Palma Rosa features a private heated pool, spacious screened lanai, covered outdoor dining and lounge space, and a 58-inch Roku TV overlooking the pool area.

Both pools are heated to approximately 86°F at no additional charge.

At Palma Janoli, guests can heat the spillover spa to approximately 104°F on demand using the controls provided at the property. Because the spa spills over into the pool, it cannot remain heated continuously. It generally takes about one hour to reach temperature after it is turned on, and we can also help schedule it to heat automatically at preferred times.

The pools use electric heat pumps. Cold weather can affect their ability to maintain the desired temperature, and the heaters will enter freeze-protection mode and will not operate when outdoor temperatures are below approximately 50°F. Refunds are not provided for weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control that affect pool temperature.

The pools are professionally cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule. As with any residential outdoor pool, leaves or other debris may occasionally fall into the water between service visits. Pool nets are provided for guest use.

A removable child-safety fence is available at each pool. Guests are responsible for properly setting up the fences and ensuring the gates remain secured. Please contact us before your stay if you would like assistance with setup. Pool safety features are provided for convenience and are not a substitute for active adult supervision of children in or around the pools and homes.

Glass is not permitted in the pools or on the pool decks. Plastic drinkware and dishes are provided. Glass in or around a pool may require the pool to be drained and professionally cleaned, and guests may be responsible for resulting costs or damage.

Inside Palma Janoli

Palma Janoli has a bright, comfortable interior with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, coastal finishes, and a split-bedroom floor plan.

The living room overlooks the pool and includes comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, Roku TV, and sleeper sofa.

The kitchen features granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, a separate beverage refrigerator, a backsplash made with real shells, and custom Norfolk Island Pine floating shelves. It is stocked with cookware and the essentials needed to cook, bake, or grill.

The dining table comfortably seats 8.

Palma Janoli Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Bedroom: King bed, seating area, Roku TV, dresser and armoire, direct pool access, and adjoining workspace with desk, chair, and monitor. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks and a large walk-in tile shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large closet, and direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds and guest closet.

Living Room: Sleeper sofa.

The second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

Inside Palma Rosa

Palma Rosa has an open, single-level floor plan centered around the private pool and screened outdoor living space.

The living room includes a large sectional, electric fireplace, Roku TV, and queen sleeper sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, an additional beverage refrigerator, and the dishes, cookware, and utensils needed to prepare meals.

The indoor dining table seats 6, with an additional 4 counter stools.

Palma Rosa Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Bedroom: King bed with direct access to the pool. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, a walk-in tile shower, and soaking tub.

Bedroom 2: King bed, large closet, dresser, Roku TV, and direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 3: Full bed, twin bed, and twin trundle bed.

Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa.

The second full bathroom has direct access to the pool area.

Game Rooms, Beach Gear & Extras

Both garages include game areas with ping pong and foosball, and Palma Rosa also includes darts.

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, toys, and other beach gear so guests can enjoy Anna Maria Island without having to bring as much from home.

Both homes have gas grills, Wi-Fi, Roku televisions, linens, towels, and basic starter supplies.

Guests receive a small starter supply of items such as local coffee and tea, toiletries, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and toilet paper. Additional supplies may need to be purchased depending on the length of the stay and amount used.

EV Charging

A Level 2 EV charger with a J1772 plug is available at Palma Rosa for guests at no additional charge.

Getting Around & Parking

A car is recommended for exploring the area, although Uber and Lyft are also available.

Both homes have off-street driveway parking. Palma Rosa has a large semicircular driveway with space that can accommodate most boats.

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee shown when booking and must be disclosed in advance.

Guests are responsible for promptly cleaning up pet waste and excessive pet hair or messes inside the homes. Pets are not permitted on bedding, furniture, or in either pool. Pets should not be left unattended in the homes unless kenneled.

Undisclosed pets will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee. Additional damage or cleaning required because the pet rules were not followed may also be charged to the guest.

Cameras & Noise Monitoring

For safety and property protection, each home has a Ring doorbell camera facing its front entrance/driveway and an exterior Ring security camera overlooking its pool-equipment area. These exterior devices are motion activated and record audio and video.

NoiseAware devices monitor noise levels in the pool areas. They do not record conversations.

These devices are not actively monitored but may be reviewed when needed for safety, security, or compliance with property rules.

Guest Access

Guests have access to both homes and guest-use areas, with the exception of locked owner cabinets and closets containing personal or operational items.
